SS Ice Cream Handkerchief Skirt

NEW Spring 2021 Silly Sarongs - so happy to be launching our delicious Ice Cream color story!  A bright,fun mix of pink carnation, lime & banana colors with white ice cream motif fabrics.  This piece is our super cute handkerchief skirt with layers of pink & green with a stretchy all white waist band.  You can fold over the waist band or leave flat & tall.  It's how you want to wear it and are most comfortable.  Great pull over for a bathing suit or even dance leotard.  

100% rayon - best quality.

Pre-washed as fabric - then cut into our garments.  

Machine wash gentle - hang to dry.
